Requirements
- Solid cooking skills (professional kitchen experience preferred)

Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of menu items using standardized recipes
- Cook using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Maintain quality, portion control, and plate presentation standards
- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Work alongside a tight-knit kitchen and FOH crew to keep service running smoothly
- Help with kitchen open or close shifts as needed
- Clean and maintain your station like a pro
