Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous culinary experience working in a high-volume food establishment preferred.
• Knife and cooking skills required.
• TB Clearance required.
• Must comply with all company policies and requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of cooking techniques & procedures, kitchen equipment, and kitchen operational systems.
• Ability to work and communicate well with others, work both independently and in a team, follow directions, as well as maintain a positive attitude toward the work and company.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance, observe company dress code, and support the company culture, values, goals and mission.

• Preparing menu items from prepped ingredients
• Consistent execution of standardized recipes
• Maintaining product quality standards
• Observe and enforce company standard operating procedures
• Ensuring all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Supporting prep duties as necessary
• Providing excellent customer service
