About The Position

Chili's Heart of House Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The Line Cook prepares food by learning and executing recipe procedures, keeps the kitchen clean and safe, communicates ticket times, and helps ensure food orders flow continuously from the kitchen. The role contributes to a safe and welcoming environment for Team Members and Guests.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
