About The Position
Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, coordinating ticket times with Team Members, and maintaining a continuous flow of food orders. Candidates should bring a friendly, caring demeanor and be able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.

- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
