About The Position
Servers provide guests with food, drinks, hospitality, and customized service. They learn the menu so they can explain offerings, complete opening and closing duties, and work with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Servers also help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires availability for some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed. Chili's offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules.
Requirements
