About The Position
Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes and procedures, keep orders moving through the kitchen, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn and properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
