About The Position

Line Cook team members work in Chili’s Heart of House kitchen and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, keep orders moving continuously, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with team members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
