About The Position
The Line Cook works a kitchen station during busy service, cooking to specification, plating food, and ensuring each order meets the restaurant’s standards. The role follows recipes and procedures, keeps the station clean and stocked, and communicates with the rest of the kitchen line. Line experience is helpful but not required; training in the Jim 'N Nick's way will be provided.
