About The Position

Jim 'N Nick's Community Bar-B-Q is hiring a Dishwasher for its new restaurant opening in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. The role keeps dishes, utensils, and smallwares moving through the dish machine and back to the line, maintains clean and safe dish-pit and kitchen-floor areas, and assists the team wherever needed. No experience is required. The restaurant describes opportunities for advancement from the line to pitmaster, kitchen manager, and beyond.

This is a hands-on, high-energy position. Team members are on their feet for more than eight hours a day, standing and walking for extended periods, and may lift up to 50 pounds in a live kitchen and stock-room environment. Bending, reaching, climbing, and operating equipment are also part of the role. These requirements reflect essential job functions and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
