About The Position

Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, keep the kitchen clean and safe, and help ensure orders continue flowing from the kitchen. The role suits someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Chili’s offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules, growth opportunities, and a team-focused atmosphere. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
