About The Position

Busser Team Members maintain a clean and sanitary dining room and provide dependable, fast service to guests. The role supports Chili’s service team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and contributes to a safe, welcoming environment. The position may be scheduled part-time or full-time, and some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean dining room by clearing dishes, sweeping floors, stocking supplies, sanitizing contact surfaces, and resetting tables for incoming guests.
• Perform duties to support the service team as instructed by a manager.
• Work quickly to provide friendly service and keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
