Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who believe great food goes hand in hand with great hospitality and use their personalities to connect with Guests and colleagues. Food Runners are primarily hired with opportunities to grow their careers quickly into server roles.

Requirements

• Great attitude and approach to Guests and Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plateware, and silverware.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
