We’re looking for a full-time Line Cook who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys working closely with a team, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The Lenox is home to three distinct restaurant outlets, and banquet and meeting space: Sweeney’s on Boylston. A lively neighborhood favorite serving authentic Irish classics and Lenox staples. Always spirited, always welcoming. The Irving at The Lenox. An intimate lobby cocktail bar with turn‑of‑the‑century charm, known for beautifully crafted cocktails and a sense of intrigue. Willow & Ivy. Led by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney, Willow & Ivy offers a fresh, refined take on New England–inspired American cuisine in a reimagined, inviting space.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in a wide range of techniques, cuisines and kitchen equipment
- Open availability

Responsibilities
- Prep ingredients and stations for a successful service
- Prepare dishes to standards, consistently and beautifully
- Maintain a clean and organized station and adhere to food safety standards
- Be a team player by communicating, coordinating and assisting fellow chefs
