About The Position

The Savoy is seeking a skilled Fine Dining Cook to join our culinary team. This position is responsible for preparing high quality dishes in accordance with our standards for consistency, presentation, and execution. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a fine dining kitchen, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast paced, high volume environment while maintaining exceptional quality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to focus attention on details
  • Ability to carry up to 20 to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food according to the quality standards of The Savoy
  • Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner
  • Maintain Cook’s station and kitchen inventory
