About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook with 1–2 years of experience in a resort, fine dining, or similar professional kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years in a resort, fine dining, or professional kitchen setting (Required).
  • Strong culinary skills, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available for both day and night shifts, including weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare meals in accordance with standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in portion size, quality, and presentation.
  • Practice proper knife skills and utilize standard cooking tools (e.g., knives, spatulas, mixers, etc.) with efficiency and safety.
  • Complete daily prep tasks and ensure readiness for the following day’s operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisor of low-stock items; assist with receiving deliveries and conducting inventory counts.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen in accordance with local health regulations and company standards.
  • Report any unsafe conditions, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs to supervisor immediately.
  • Support kitchen operations by assisting with dishwashing or other tasks as needed.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring follow-through for complete satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally through proper attire, grooming, and conduct.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the chef, supervisor, or management team.
