About The Position
Harbor View Hotel Management LLC is seeking Line Cooks for the 2026 Summer Season. This role involves setting up, cleaning, and sanitizing workstations, checking the quality and inventory of ingredients, and preparing, seasoning, and cooking various food items in a restaurant setting. The position reports directly to the Executive Chef. Summer employment dates are from April 1st, 2026, to December 31st, 2026. Employee housing is available if needed, located on the bus route. The housing is shared and has a weekly fee of $189.00.
Requirements
- Six (6) months of successful culinary experience in fine dining or high-volume environment at high-end resort, restaurant or club.
- Must be able to provide a Letter of Experience from previous employers confirming length of experience.
- Valid US Work Authorization
Nice To Haves
- Twelve (12) months preferred for candidates to be immediately successful.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, cleaning and sanitizing workstation
- Checking quality of ingredients and inventory of items used at workstations
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking: soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant.
