Housekeepers / Room Attendants hold the key to creating a restful and relaxing stay for our guests. They have the essential role of making sure every room is clean and sanitized for guests to recharge after their adventures.

Requirements

Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and capable of manual duties (bend, stoop, squat and stretch)
Able to perform assigned duties with a high level of attention to detail, speed, consistency, follow through and under minimal supervision
Strong team play, organization and communication skills
Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
Current Alberta Pro Serve Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

General tidying, dusting, and vacuuming of guest rooms
Replacing linens and making beds
Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
Attending to any housekeeping requests from guests
Working individually or as a pair
Cleaning and sanitizing of rooms and common areas in hotels, lodges and cabins, including bathrooms, beds, desks, kitchenettes, floors and surfaces
Thorough and timely cleaning
Assisting with cleaning the public areas, washrooms, and elevators, when required
Other duties as assigned
