About The Position

Line Cooks, known at Chili’s as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for each shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role prepares food by learning and following recipe procedures, maintains a clean and safe kitchen, and helps ensure food orders continue flowing from the kitchen. Team Members contribute to a welcoming environment and communicate ticket times to colleagues.

Chili’s is a casual dining company founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a service-focused culture. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
