About The Position
Line Cooks are Heart of House Team Members responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. They prepare food by following Chili’s recipe procedures, keep the kitchen clean and safe, communicate ticket times, and keep food orders moving continuously from the kitchen. The role also contributes to a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures properly.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
