About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili’s Heart of House team, responsible for helping set the pace for a great shift by preparing food and supporting fast, dependable kitchen service. The role involves following recipe procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, communicating ticket times, and keeping food orders moving. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn and properly execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
