About The Position
Line Cooks are Chili's Heart of House Team Members, responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role focuses on preparing food according to Chili's recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously. Candidates should take pride in teamwork and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Properly learn and execute all recipe procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
