About The Position
Line Cooks are members of Chili's Heart of House team and help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes and procedures, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping food orders moving continuously. Team Members communicate ticket times and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment. Chili's is a casual dining company with a service- and hospitality-focused culture.
Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
