About The Position
Chili's is hiring a Line Cook for its League City location. Kitchen Team Members, known as the Heart of House, help set the pace for a great shift by providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to company recipes, keeping the kitchen clean and safe, and helping orders move continuously from the kitchen. The ideal candidate works quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contributes to a friendly, welcoming team atmosphere. Chili's describes itself as a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975, with a focus on hospitality and guest service. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
