We are seeking a fast-paced Line Cook to join our team at 3 Brasseurs. In this role reporting into the Kitchen Manager, you will be the engine of our kitchen, executing high-quality dishes according to our recipes, maintaining station readiness, and ensuring timing and execution meet our highest culinary standards. Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment
  • Preparing and setting up the different work stations
  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities
  • Respect of the hygiene and salubrity standards established by the Company
  • General cleaning during downtime
  • Assist the dishwasher when required
  • All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine
