We are seeking a fast-paced Line Cook to join our team at 3 Brasseurs. In this role reporting into the Kitchen Manager, you will be the engine of our kitchen, executing high-quality dishes according to our recipes, maintaining station readiness, and ensuring timing and execution meet our highest culinary standards. If you thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment and take pride in exceptional plate presentation, we want you on our line.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast paced environment

Responsibilities
- Preparation of the dishes ordered on your station in a high volume restaurant environment
- Preparing and setting up the different work stations
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in all aspects of kitchen operations
- Cleaning of your station and participation in kitchen cleaning activities
- Respect of the hygiene and salubrity standards established by the Company
- General cleaning during downtime
- Assist the dishwasher when required
- All other related tasks requested by the Chef de Cuisine
