Line Cook (Full-Time)
About The Position
Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida, is hiring a full-time Line Cook to prepare food for restaurant and banquet operations for guests. The role is part of a fast-paced, hospitality-focused property organization and offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow. The position pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience (BOE). The Line Cook prepares food according to established recipes, production plans, and forecast sheets, while maintaining standards for food quality, sanitation, and safe work practices. The role also supports banquet functions, inventory and supply needs, equipment maintenance communication, and consistent service operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in culinary arts and two years of culinary experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- ServSafe certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain standards for food production and quality.
- Expedite orders in a timely manner.
- Practice excellent operational sanitation.
- Execute scheduled banquet functions.
- Maintain professional relationships with fellow associates.
- Help reduce loss and waste.
- Communicate equipment repair needs to the chef.
- Participate actively in training efforts.
- Incorporate safe work practices into job performance.
- Attend staff meetings.
- Check and date deliveries received and report variances to the chef in charge.
- Verify that coolers are at proper temperatures and clean them daily.
- Process inventory requisitions and receive supplies as needed for quality production.
- Prepare the appropriate amount of food according to production or forecast sheets and production plans.
- Prepare items according to established recipes to ensure consistent products.
