About The Position

Line Cook team members, known at Chili’s as Heart of House team members, are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift and providing dependable, fast service. The role involves preparing food according to Chili’s recipes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and keeping orders moving continuously. Candidates should be friendly and caring toward teammates and able to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position is preferred.

Requirements
