About The Position
Chili’s Line Cooks, known as Heart of House Team Members, help set the pace for a great shift by delivering dependable, fast service. They prepare food according to company recipes, support continuous kitchen operations, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The role is suited to someone who takes pride in teamwork and can work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Chili’s is a casual dining restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1975. Requirements
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members.
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and similar equipment.

- Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position.
Responsibilities
- Learn and execute all recipe procedures correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Communicate ticket times to Team Members.
- Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
