About The Position
Ted's Montana Grill is seeking Line Cooks/Prep Cooks/Dishwashers who are not ordinary people for their not-so-ordinary restaurant. They pride themselves on being Premium, Polished, and Professional, while also being Cool (3 PC). They operate under "The Big Sky Spirit" as their cultural compass. The role involves preparing food in a scratch kitchen where items are made in small batches for premium freshness. The on-premise butcher shop allows for daily hand carving and grinding of beef and bison. Heart-of-House team members are highly valued, and Line Cooks/Prep Cooks are expected to prepare made-from-scratch food, display showmanship, and interact with guests in display kitchens.
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
