Responsibilities

Preparing ingredients by slicing, chopping, mixing, seasoning, and following recipes.
Cooking menu items using grilling, sautéing, roasting, frying, broiling, and other cooking techniques.
Organizing, labeling, and stocking ingredients so everything is easy to find and ready for service.
Plating and presenting food with consistency and attention to detail.
Following recipes and portion standards to maintain quality and control food costs.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
Assisting with inventory and notifying kitchen leadership when supplies are running low.
Working closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient service.
Taking pride in personal appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Helping wherever needed to support the success of the team.
