About The Position

The Prep Line Cook at Westmoor Country Club will skillfully prepare exceptional food for our members and their guests for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. This is a part-time position. Experience is required; experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus.

Requirements

  • Flexible work schedule; able to work holidays and weekends, three to four days per week, and are generally 8 hours long with the opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons
  • Enthusiasm for producing high quality products
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work calmly, efficiently, and professionally in a sometimes busy and stressful culinary setting
  • Experience is required
  • Experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a variety of established cold and hot food menu items
  • Possess a working knowledge of all menus
  • Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
  • Set up and maintain the station
  • Help the culinary team prepare for special events, private functions, and evening service
  • Assist with stocking and receiving product, organizing storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the department
