About The Position
Waterville Valley Resort is currently seeking full-time and part-time Line Cooks to help assist Chef with preparing meals for small and large group functions; ensure all food is maintained at the proper temperature for serving throughout meals; perform duties in a timely and efficient manner; assure health and safety by learning and following established health and safety procedures; and monitor food service area for cleanliness.
