This position pays $21.57 per hour during the 75-day probationary period and up to $23.97 per hour after successful completion of the 75-day probationary period. Shift premium of $1.00 per hour. After training, must be able to set up and operate dough hopper, sheeter, laminator, cutter, etc... Set up and organize work area in a clean & safe manner. Monitor and analyze data and make adjustments as needed. Monitor all MCP/CCP control points, including maintaining accurate measurements and records. Frequently requires lifting in excess of 50 lbs. Refeed scrap dough onto conveyors. Monitor and fill all sifters. Operate automated interface control panels and load recipes. Follow all Quality, GMP’s, SQF, 5S, Safety policies & procedures. Perform Operator Care duties as assigned (ex-Check pie diameter, monitor hopper levels, refeed scrap). Perform any other duties assigned. This is a full-time permanent role. Must have availability to work 2nd (3:00pm – 11:30pm) Monday through Friday with occasional overtime on the weekends. The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $22.05 per hour during the 75-day probationary period and up to $24.50 per hour after successful completion of the 75-day probationary period.
