About The Position

Litehouse is a 100% employee-owned food manufacturing company with an outstanding reputation. The Line Attendant I packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at four U.S. facilities. They offer a diverse portfolio of products through various channels and maintain a strong commitment to employees and communities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assemble containers
• Efficiently package products using state-of-the-art machinery
• Ensure every item meets the highest quality standards
• Palletizing
• Inspections
• Using software systems that keep operations running smoothly
• Maintaining a clean workspace
• Adhering to Food Safety policies
• Reporting food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor
