About The Position

Litehouse is a 100% employee-owned food manufacturing company seeking a Line Attendant/Production Worker for its facility in Sandpoint. The Line Attendant I packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications. Litehouse has a strong commitment to its employees and the communities in which it operates. The role involves assembling containers, packaging products using machinery, palletizing, inspections, and using software systems in a fast-paced environment. Food safety and quality are highly valued.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Strongly Preferred
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends, as necessary.
• Must be able to work scheduled shifts and meet attendance requirements.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Packages and stacks product and materials according to product specifications.
• Assembles containers.
• Packages products using machinery.
• Performs palletizing.
• Conducts inspections.
• Uses software systems that keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintains a clean workspace.
• Adheres to Food Safety policies.
• Reports food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
