About The Position

This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment, with opportunities for advancement. The Line Attendant works with raw materials and finished food products, ensuring products meet company and government quality standards and that work is performed in compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Ability to adapt to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure products, from raw materials through finished products, meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products, discard or correct products as necessary, and record waste amounts as directed.
• Notify a supervisor about quality issues, ingredient or material problems, and equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state, federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations.
