Limo Driver - Red Rock
About The Position
The Limo Driver transports guests while maintaining the vehicle in clean, good condition and upholding high safety standards. The driver serves as a goodwill ambassador, follows Company standards, policies, and procedures, obeys traffic laws, and supports Station Casinos’ culture and service standards. The role requires familiarity with vehicle operation, awareness of road hazards, knowledge of directions and Station Casinos information, courteous guest service, and punctuality. Drivers must be ready at least five minutes before scheduled departures and must not leave the vehicle unattended while passengers are aboard. A copy of the driver’s record must be submitted quarterly. Duties may be changed by Management to meet the business needs of the Hotel Department.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
- A Class C driver’s license for the state where the property is located.
- A clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift and complete an inspection log.
- Learn the vehicle’s operation thoroughly before operating it.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and its interior is safe and ready before the shift begins.
- Follow driving regulations and speed laws on Station Casinos properties and public or private property.
- Maintain control over situations or people that could interfere with safe vehicle operation.
- Consider road hazards and operate the vehicle with full alertness.
- Know directions and Station Casinos information, and offer guests information and assistance.
- Treat guests courteously.
- Follow the schedule punctually and be ready at least five minutes before scheduled departure.
- Do not leave the vehicle unattended while passengers are aboard, whether the engine is running or not.
- Submit a copy of the driving record quarterly.
- Perform duties in accordance with Company standards, policies, and procedures and support Station Casinos’ culture and service standards.
