About The Position

The General Engineer practices, supports, and promotes Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” culture. Under the supervision of the Supervisor and Director of Facilities, the role operates and maintains the fire alarm system and repairs kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers and freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing. The engineer performs repairs and preventive maintenance, replaces parts according to the preventive maintenance schedule, accurately records pertinent data, and installs new equipment and systems as directed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience.
• EPA certification.
• Basic knowledge of Health Department, ADA, and OSHA codes and regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the fire alarm system.
• Repair kitchen equipment, walk-in coolers and freezers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and plumbing.
• Perform repairs and maintenance and replace parts according to the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Accurately record pertinent maintenance data.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Practice, support, and promote Station Casinos’ “We Win Hearts” culture.
