About The Position

The Carpenter is responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' “We Win Hearts” culture. The role works under the supervision of the Supervisor and Director of Facilities and performs assigned or self-initiated architectural repairs to the building, ensuring all work meets state and local codes. The Carpenter constructs shelves and cabinets, fits and hangs doors, repairs furniture, assists with exhibit and convention setup and construction, and works on assigned construction and alteration projects. The role also maintains carpentry tools and equipment.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
• Basic knowledge of Health Department, ADA, and OSHA codes and regulations.
• At least 2 years of experience in refrigeration.
• EPA certification.
• Valid Nevada driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform architectural repairs to the building, ensuring work meets state and local codes.
• Construct shelves and cabinets as assigned.
• Fit and hang doors as assigned.
• Repair furniture as assigned or on own initiative.
• Assist with the setup and construction of exhibits and conventions as required.
• Work on assigned construction and alteration projects.
