Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience operating forklifts and pallet stackers.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and operate a non-CDL box truck.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience packaging items to commercial and military standards.
• Familiarity with calibration management and inventory management software.
• Basic understanding of U.S. Army supply operations.
• Prior experience driving a 24ft box truck with lift gate.
• Previous military experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of material quantities, costs, and types for all received, stored, and issued inventory.
• Requisition and verify shipping supplies, inspect received materials, and reject defective assets.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports, investigate stock discrepancies, and ensure compliance with shipping and receiving protocols.
• Support packaging, handling, storage, and transportation (PHS&T) functions, including daily warehouse operations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet stackers, and box trucks (up to 26,000 lbs. GVW, non-CDL) with a 40 lb. lift gate.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and organized logistics workflows.
