About The Position
Join our dynamic E&T stockroom team as an Inventory/Materials Assistant, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will keep our aerospace engineering operations running smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience in inventory management, with clear pathways for professional growth in a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual and clerical abilities with keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to wear safety shoes as required
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with aerospace materials and BOM processes
- Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment
Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute aerospace engineering components and supplies efficiently
- Maintain accurate stock records and proactively order materials to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Organize and optimize storage areas for maximum efficiency and safety
- Manage overstock and distribute controlled stock items
- Support Engineering Drawing BOM part kitting for production needs
- Operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to local suppliers and transport equipment between facilities
