About The Position

This role involves picking and sorting product from inventory to fill orders, packaging orders for shipment according to customer requests, and verifying order accuracy. The operator will also maintain packaging supplies inventory and assist in special projects and studies as requested. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
• Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
• Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must have exceptional finger dexterity
• Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time
• Forklift

• Previous shipping experience preferred
