Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, inventory control, or manufacturing required.
  • Ability to read and understand shipping documents, inventory records, work instructions, and product identification tags.
  • Comfort with basic math, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to learn and use inventory management systems, scanners, and warehouse technology.
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting team and department goals.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, transportation, automotive, industrial, or distribution environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming materials, components, and supplies.
  • Loading and unloading inbound and outbound trucks while ensuring shipment accuracy and product integrity.
  • Preparing and staging materials for shipment based on customer requirements and production schedules.
  • Verifying quantities, product IDs, packing slips, bills of lading, purchase orders, and inventory records.
  • Moving raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods safely throughout the facility.
  • Using scanners, inventory software, and warehouse systems to complete material transactions.
  • Supporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved material handling equipment.
  • Maintaining clean, organized warehouse areas using 5S principles.
  • Following all safety, PPE, quality, and operational procedures.
