About The Position

This role involves picking and sorting products for orders, packaging them according to customer specifications, and verifying order accuracy before shipment. The operator will also manage packaging supplies inventory, assist with special projects, and perform other duties as needed to meet business objectives. The position requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and possess excellent finger dexterity for working with small parts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in direct manufacturing
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
• Proficient in math, reading, and computer skills
• Must be able to remain standing or sitting for up to two hours at a time over the course of an 8 to 10-hour period
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must have exceptional finger dexterity
• Must be able to work with small parts for extended periods of time
• Forklift
