Light Accessory Installer
About The Position
The Light Accessory Installer works for Wallenius Wilhelmsen, a logistics partner to auto and heavy equipment manufacturers. The role installs customer-specified accessories on vehicles, following detailed written instructions. Work is scheduled Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with overtime as needed. The work environment may include indoor and outdoor settings and varying conditions such as extreme temperatures, wetness, wind, fumes, dust particles, and drafts. Requirements
- Hold a current valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
- Be able to walk and stand for much of the workday.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Work in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Install customer-specified accessories on vehicles, including remote tailgate locks, lighted running boards, illuminated kick plates, step-rails, splash guards, camper shells, decals, and bed liners.
- Follow detailed written instructions when installing a variety of accessories.
