About The Position

Helena Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accessory Installer to install a wide variety of vehicle accessories, including electronics, roof racks, and running boards. The role calls for strong attention to detail, an interest in automotive customization, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. The installer ensures accessories meet manufacturer specifications, dealership standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations, while coordinating with sales and service teams and maintaining installation and inventory records.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and electrical wiring.
Ability to read and follow installation instructions and diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions, including standing and kneeling.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in automotive accessory installation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install automotive accessories according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
Complete installations in a timely manner and ensure they meet safety guidelines.
Inspect vehicles to ensure installations function correctly and meet customer expectations.
