About The Position

Helena Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accessory Installer to install a wide variety of vehicle accessories, including electronics, roof racks, and running boards. The role requires strong attention to detail, an interest in automotive customization, and a commitment to high-quality work. The installer works with the sales and service teams, follows manufacturer specifications and dealership standards, and helps ensure customers are satisfied with completed installations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and electrical wiring.
Ability to read and follow installation instructions and diagrams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions, including standing and kneeling.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in automotive accessory installation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Install automotive accessories according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
Complete installations in a timely manner and in accordance with safety guidelines.
Inspect vehicles to verify installations function correctly and meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to support accurate and efficient installation processes.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols.
Answer customer questions and address concerns about installations.
Keep detailed records of installations and inventory used.
Stay up to date with automotive accessories and installation techniques.
