About The Position

Dart's Scarborough manufacturing facility is seeking a Lift Truck Operator to help keep production moving. From loading and unloading materials to supporting inventory accuracy and material flow, you'll play a key role in maintaining safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Requirements

• Valid, up-to-date Lift Truck Operator certification
• Hands-on experience operating Counterbalance forklifts
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, walking, bending) and work in varying temperatures
• Reliability, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of experience as a Lift Truck Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely operate lift trucks (including Counterbalance forklifts) and attachments
• Load, unload, move, and store product within the warehouse and distribution centre
• Pick cases and full pallets accurately and efficiently
• Verify counts, complete paperwork, and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
• Communicate operational or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Support a fast-paced warehouse handling a high volume of SKUs
