ROTATING SHIFT HOURS (6AM-6PM/6PM-6AM) 4 Week Rotating Shift(12 Hour Shift)

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks or the ability to successfully complete employer-provided lift truck training.
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment.
Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
Basic math and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to accurately inspect, identify, and move materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

Operate lift trucks and other authorized material handling equipment safely while complying with all company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Complete required equipment inspections and report operational or safety concerns to maintain reliable equipment performance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment that supports efficient operations and regulatory compliance.
Transport raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-process, and finished goods to support continuous manufacturing operations.
Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments while ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.
Stage materials and finished goods to support production schedules, shipping requirements, and warehouse operations.
Verify material identification and documentation to support inventory accuracy and product traceability.
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records through required documentation and reporting processes.
Support inventory verification and material control activities to improve inventory accuracy.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and customer shipments.
