With operations in more than 35 countries, Fresh Del Monte has been nourishing families for over 135 years. This specific role is for a Seasonal Worker III - Lift Truck Driver for the 3rd Shift. The primary responsibility is the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks within the Distribution Center. This temporary seasonal position supports key Distribution Center functions such as receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory management, and product put-away, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and engineered labor standards.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Powered industrial lift truck qualification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Compliance with OSHA, GMP, and safety standards.
• Prior experience operating powered industrial lift trucks
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive pallets to and from label lines, wrapper machine, and store product in correct warehouse rows.
• Restock divider sheets and wooden pallets to gallon machines.
• Perform other driver duties as required.
• Maintain open communication with stock controllers and supervisors.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and orderly.
• Comply with OSHA, GMP, and all applicable safety standards.
• Assist in maintaining warehouse security.
