Requirements
- Guest service-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
- Mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills
- Proven history of safe work practices
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrates key leadership qualities
- Ability to reason, react, and listen with quick, thoughtful judgement, while remaining calm under pressure
- Computer knowledge and experience
- To honour our Always Honest policy all employees must consent to a criminal record check
Nice To Haves
- Lift operations experience an asset
- First Aid Training and Driver’s license an asset
Responsibilities
- Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace while enforcing all safety procedures
- Support, train, coach, encourage and ensure that each member of the team provides an interactive and professional guest experience, aiming above and beyond our guests’ expectations
- Cover front line roles and directly serve our guests.
- Contributes to the overall cleanliness of all gondola facilities particularly in the operations department areas
- Act in a manner so that every guest interaction is treated as an opportunity to “WOW” the guest, and that any guest complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the guest
- Maintain friendly, professional relationships with all Pursuit employees
- Collaborate with Operations Manager and Operations Coordinator to coordinate staffing, training, and development
- Carries out duties as assigned by Operations Manager
